Question…Do we now have to pay for the workouts. I no longer see them

Hi, Yes for the premium workouts, but there still are free workouts up on the site too.
Should we be doing these workouts like a circuit. Or completing all sets of one exercise before moving on to the next?
Megan, You can do them as a circuit if you would like, I did the entire exercise sets and reps and then moved on to the next exercise. But do what works for you!!

Yes, just pick up from where you leave off, that is no problem!
Sometimes I don’t have enough time to fit in 45 minutes of cardio and weights. Should I just try to get in as much as I can after the work out?
