YOU MADE IT!!! It’s the last day of this entire 8 Week Program!!! How do you feel?? I hope you feel strong, confident, and have seen some nice changes in your overall definition. I have had such a great time
I want to say Thank You for your workouts! I have been following you for almost a year now and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I workout by myself most of the time so these workouts give me motivation and something to look forward to every morning. I hope you continue to post your workouts in the future. Thanks for your hard work and motivation. You are an inspiration! Sincerely, Michelle
Thank you so much for your email. They inspire me to work harder and do more. I will definitely keep posting new workout programs and thank you for all your support. Stay tuned for a new one coming soon!
I just finished the 8 week body transformation program!!! Thank you so much. I’ve always been pretty good about going to the gym but never really had a program to follow and yours has helped me so much. It really gave me something to look forward to every morning, watching your videos and then hitting the gym. 🙂
I would love to see a program that focused more on lifting and toning the glutes and legs (my problem areas ). Again thanks so much.
I just recently started following your workouts and am pretty consistent! 😀 I love that I can keep up with the workouts… and that you are LDS! 😀 I freaked when I saw your wedding picture in the temple. I wanted to know if you have any recommendations or can you share the supplements you take? Like the Pre-Work out, protein shake you take and stuff. Thank you!
Gotta love the TEMPLE!! I would be happy to tell you what I like and use. For protein I use 2 types, a fast acting and a slow release. The fast acting I drink right after lifting weights and the brand is Dymatize and the product is call ISO 100, the slow release I like to drink about 45 minutes before I go to bed and the brand is MHP and the product is Probolic-SR (12 hour muscle feeder). The pre-workout I use is also by Dymatize and is call Pursuit, and as far as other supps, I take glutamine, BCAA’s ( brand is XTEND) and I take Kre-Alkalyne ( but I cycle those, so I don’t take them all the time. ) I hope this helps?!? and so happy you found me!!
I find your workouts so So helpful .. I can’t tell you self help is best help .. without asking a trainer or having a PT I do My workouts and don’t feel lost .. I was so used to doing it with trainers and now this builds so much confidence . I do my homework and that automatically makes me responsible to eat right
Hi! I have thoroughly enjoyed this program. My first one to complete and so glad I found you. Thank you for taking the time to put these together. Can’t wait to try your other programs. One question for this pyramid plan? Do we change weight from 40-30-20 etc or keep it the same?
Hi Shannon! One of my best friends and I started your 8 week program and are starting our 8th week this week. We love your workouts and how you always mix it it up! We are both over 50 and have seen some real gains in different ways. We are definitely going to continue using your program. Two questions I have. One, I’m a naturally thin person and my friend is not. Should I be lifting heavier weights and doing fewer reps to “bulk” up? Two, if we start the 8 week program again next week should we change the beginning of the program (sets/reps) since we’ve already completed 8 weeks? Thank you for your inspiration!!
I love that you have a workout partner and are motivating each other, sounds like you are both doing an amazing job. As far as your questions go, I want you to do what is comfortable for you. If you feel you “can” lift heavier without compromising on form and the potential for injuring yourself then by all means go for it. Along with trying to bulk up, look at your meal planning and how much protein you are consuming and good carbs, this will also help. You could also take kre-alkalyn to help with muscle gains. If you want to do the 8 week plan again, you could start at the end and work back to the beginning or try doing the 10 week program, it is awesome too.

Heidi,
I keep the same weight, unless I find I started with too light of weight, then I will change, but generally I stay with the same weight.
