So disappointed today work out was hard and I couldn’t max on my drop was at lowest weight so I did extra sets to make up for not dropping hopefully o get stronger I have been working super hard and not skipping no days
Never be disappointed in yourself! You are there and doing the best you can. Give yourself time to get stronger and doing extra sets was a great idea.. Keep up the great work!!
These workouts are great! I usually hate working out alone, but with these workouts i feel like i have a gym buddy again and am not wandering aimlessly around my gym tryingto figure out what to do! Thanks so much for your help, and i cant wait to see the outcome of this program. You are super knowledgeable and your workouts are an awesome challenge. Im finally enjoying the gym again after taking a hiatus! Thank you ????
