IT’s Chest and Abs Day!! Which means work, work, work. We need to push ourselves to make those chest muscles “pop” and our abs tight and strong. I know chest is not a super popular workout day for women, but remember.. YOUR CHEST is one of the largest muscle groups in the upper body, so work it!! Today will range from 3-4 sets and 15 reps, so go heavy, push yourself, get into the mind body connection, but don’t injure yourself. Make sure to keep your abs contracted throughout your entire workout, not just during abs. Make sure you are on a good nutrition plan and don’t get frustrated with yourself. Things take time, our bodies just don’t gain lean muscle because we did one workout and ate good for one day. It takes, time, commitment, and dedication to the game, so COMMIT 2B FIT!
