Hey Guys… Today was Back Day so I wanted to share my workout with you. Today I did a lot of reps, kept the weight semi heavy. Just enough to challenge myself, but not compromise on form and technique. For each exercise I increased my reps and If I could increased my weight. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and/or BCAA’s and taking a good Pre-workout before you start your weights and always consume a fast acting protein once you are done to re-fuel your muscles after taring them down.
