Get your Legs moving with this great Leg workout, perfect to add to your weekly workouts and will give you an amazing leg pump.  Today I used the Superset and Giant Set techniques, both great ways to get your legs burning and your heart pumping.  They both push you and don’t allow a lot of rest, which will get you in and out of the gym in good time.  Make your Leg day count and push yourself with every exercise, but don’t compromise your form.  Have fun and go get those legs firm, toned, and ready for greatness!  Commit 2B Fit.
