Today was a great workout and I am super excited to share it with you ALL.  I love doing supersets because it gets my heart pumping and I get through my workout pretty quickly.  If you don’t have a medicine ball you can substitute a dumbbell when needed so don’t feel like you can’t do the exercise.  Also on the pulse squats what I did was got in the squat position and pulsed 3 times and then drove up through my heels and squeezed the glutes.  I recommend watching the video so you can see how to do all the exercises.  Also, when I say 3 sets, 12 reps is one set, 15 reps is the second set and 18 reps is the third set, and same goes with the exercises that you will do 4 sets.
