Shoulders are one of my favorite body parts to workout, but you also have to be very careful not to cause any injury, so if you need to go a little lighter on the weights so you don’t compromise form or induce any harm please do. Make sure to superset the exercises today, so the tempo will be quick and only allow yourself about 30 – 45 seconds betweens sets to rest. Push yourself, but don’t hurt yourself. Shoulders are a great body part to work but need a little extra love to do so. Commit 2B Fit!
