The TRX is an amazing way to get a full body workout using your own body weight. Today I will show you 7 different exercises using the TRX that will hit all the major muscle groups. This TRX Full Body Workout allows you to get in a great workout if you are pressed for time or want to utilize your own body weight and one piece of equipment. Today we will go through all 7 exercises once for one set, rest for 60 seconds and go through the exercises again, until you have gone through 3 more times.
Aaaahhhh! I’ve been doing (and loving) your 8 week body transformation workout and all of a sudden it’s gone!!! I’m on week 6 and suddenly it’s a premium workout and I can’t access it anymore. Can you help? This has changed the way I workout and I really wanted to finish strong.
