I hope you will join me for my favorite workout, SHOULDERS. I love to work my shoulders, don’t ask me why, but I do. Shoulders are such a pretty feature and really make your arms pop. So for today’s workout we will be doing 7 exercises for our shoulders and some of the exercises we are going to hold the rep and contract.. squeeze..and slowly release, really making those shoulders work. Please don’t compromise on your form, so if you need to use lighter weight to get the exercise done right then DO IT. Keep hydrated and remember, you are in control of your workout. If you want results you need to work hard and stay focused, there are no short cuts to hard work. Commit 2B Fit.
