10 Weeks To Fitness Day 65 and it’s all about our legs.  Time to work hard and sweat harder.  We are going to hammer through 3 sets of each exercise doing 30,20,10 reps to tone and sculpt those buns and thighs.  As we all know, swimsuit season is readily approaching so lets conquer any fears we have and get those legs into shape.  Legs makes us use a lot of energy, but that energy is driven from pure determination and tenacity.  So we need to get this workout accomplished with hard work and a good attitude.  Pour back that pre-workout drink and meet me on the floor.
