Hi everyone, today I have put together a great workout to build nice sculpted shoulders.  I never look forward to working my shoulders, but I sure love the results when doing it.  Our shoulders are such an amazing body part and having nice round, sculpted shoulders helps build that hour glass shape from developing broader shoulders.  Our shoulders are extremely mobile and have a large range of motion, but can be injured easily in daily activities, so it is important to strengthen them and prevent injury.  My left shoulder is weaker than my right due to the type of work I do.  Retracting someone’s cheek/lips all day cleaning teeth is a constant irritant to my left shoulder so I have to make sure to strengthen it every week to keep from causing injury or joint pain, but you have to maintain good form when doing your shoulder exercises and use a proper weight for you.  I hope this workout will help you sculpt, strengthen, and build amazing shoulders.
