Hey everyone! I have put together a full body workout that uses only dumbbells at the request of some sweet followers. There are a lot of things that can be done with just dumbbells and especially if you can’t or don’t have access to a gym or other gym equipment. I use dumbbells everyday and these exercises are just a few of the many options you can do just using dumbbells. I have put together two exercises per body part and each exercise you will do two sets of 15 reps. It is a great workout and it does go by pretty fast especially if you challenge yourself and don’t allow a lot of rest between sets and exercises. I hope this is helpful and have a great workout! DON’T for get that pre-workout drink and post workout shake!

Angelica, I have an entire workout for abs and most of all my leg workouts have wide leg squats to help work the glutes and inner thighs! Glad you like the workouts.

I saw this and thought, there is no freaking way that i can do this! I have already been working out with some other workouts, but when i started tracking my activity levels with http://www.rem-fit.com and with my friend; she talked me into this and i was freaked out! but after 20 days of doing it i can say HOLY S*** it is amazing and i can see and feel the results. not to mention the results in my sleep patterns and the numbers on my tracker. i am blown away. thanks !
I love this website and the workouts. One thing that would be great is having the options of printing the workouts with the picture…for beginners like me but again GREAT WEBSITE!!! Thank-you for taking the time to put all this workouts up online

Love your weightlifting routine and the simplicity of it. Would appreciate if you can create daily routine for a week. Also you have mentioned a pre and post workout shake, what would that be and if it is an absolute must to get that defined Tonned muscle like yours?

Hi, I do have a two week free workout program and you can use just one of the weeks for your weekly routine. I like to drink the Muscle milk light, you don’t necessarily have to drink it before, but it is good to drink after your workout to replenish your muscles after taring them down. It feeds them and help promote muscle strength.
I’m so excited I found your workouts. I’m going to start the gym at the middle of August, my kids go back to school and their all going full time now. I should mention I’m currently not going because of my kids their all special needs, their autistic. Now I’ll have all morning to workout and focus on myself.
