Shannon, thank you so much for posting these. Your workouts have gotten me back on track for my fitness, and all those lovely endorphins have helped me climb out of the funk I’ve been in. You can do cardio before or after you lift, I like to do it after so I have all my energy for lifting. I like to train each body part once a week and then I will choose a particular body part to train twice a week as long as I have 3 days in between working that body part out.

Would love to know how this works.im a single mother of 3 battling depression it’s been really hard and my weight and my physical health is not helping I would really love to change my life around and lose weight and be healthier but I just don’t know where to start or how to do it please help me
