Granola

One thing I can’t live without is breakfast!  This Healthy Granola is a fit-fabulous way to get your body moving . You always hear “don’t skip breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day.”  That is so true.  It gives you the energy needed to set the tone for the rest of your day.  It wakes up your metabolism, after resting all night.   This Healthy Granola is full of fuel to get you through to your next meal.  I love the combination of the oats, pecans, and almonds topped off with a sweet and salty burst of flavor.  Healthy Granola taste so good topped with your favorite fruit, mixed with some low sugar greek yogurt, or emerged in unsweetend vanilla almond milk.  A perfect way to get our whole grains and healthy fats after your morning workout.

The first time I had this Healthy Granola was when my Sister-in-Law sent it to me when I lived in Arizona.  She was so excited to send it because she knew what a health nut I am.  Well I loved it, and am so happy to be sharing it with you.  Such a simple snack loaded with goodness. What a great gift for your friends, co-workers or kid’s teachers.  Healthy Granola gives you know reason to skip breakfast again.  xoxo
