I have put together a Leg sculpting workout to really work our quads, glutes, and inner thighs without adding bulk to them.  I have had people email me (thank you BTW) about a workout with maybe lighter weights because going heavy makes their legs “bulk” up too much.  So today we are doing 5 great exercises to help target and sculpt our legs.  We are doing 5 sets of 20 reps for each exercise.  I used a weight that was not too light, but not too heavy, so try and find that happy medium because you will really start to feel the burn.  I love doing higher reps and pushing myself and I think you will enjoy this workout too.!  Don’t forget that post workout shake before you do your cardio!

Cardio: 45 minutes of running on the treadmill.
