Today is the last workout of week two and we are ending it on Triceps and Abs. So today we have 5 exercises for our triceps and 3 exercises for our abs. So remember we are doing a 15 reps warm-up set and then hitting it hard and heavy for 3 more sets of 10 reps. Make sure to push yourself, it is the end of the week, you want to finish strong. Right after our tricep workout we will go straight to our abs. Be sure to do the 150 twist reps without stopping if you can. Keep your butt seated and just turn at your waist holding focusing on holding your core in tight. So let’s get this done, pound that pre-workout and have a great workout. Tomorrow we have shoulders.
Cardio: 45 minutes on the treadmill with alternating incline and speed every 5-10 minutes.
