Hey Shannon, just finishing up the 5 wk and I’ve done the 6 week challenge. When do you think you will start posting the 28 day shred?
Youseline!! HI.. It’s tonight!! 🙂
Hello!
I recently stumbled upon this page on Pinterest and fell in love. I have no idea what to do at the gym and I feel like these plans will really help me! I know this is a dumb question but will these help with weight loss or just toning and sculpting? I’m just so confused!
Bria! So glad you found the blog! All the plans will help with weight loss along with toning and sculpting. Not a dumb question at all! I hope these programs are something that interest you and make you comfortable at the gym!
Shannon 🙂
I just started your 6 week slim down. What kind of pre work out do you drink? I’m having a hard time deciding which works best.
Heather,
Hi, I understand how you feel, there are so many options to choose from. I like the brand Dymatize and the product is called Pursuit. It doesn’t make you feel jittery, or cause your heart to race. It works well and taste great too.
Shannon 🙂
Im excited to try the 6 weeks slim down, its perf cause thats when my school semester ends, just in time for summer break. Thanks for this workout and posting it on pintrest. Day 2 today 🙂
Hi Shannon,
I love your blog and all the workouts you have. I have been lifting consistently for the past two years and have been pleased with my strength, however my nutrition has really gotten off tack. I’m looking to drop about 12-15 pounds. Going to start the 10 week program tomorrow and am excited do your workouts. I have a couple of questions. On the sets, are you increasing the weight in each set? Also, I tried to follow the link for nutrition guides, but didn’t have any luck. I would really like to see the nutrition plans. Thanks in advance!
Do you have any plans that are for outside of the gym, such as at home or strictly for use with NO-machines?
GLenda.. Hi, you can do the full body dumbbell workouts at home if you have dumbbells?

Thank you so much for posting this!! I was just about to do a similar program but it was $20! So I am so happy I came across this! Starting tomorrow! I am hoping to lose fat and gain muscle! I will keep you posted with my results. Thank you once again!
I am confused about the difference between purchasing subscription vs a workout package.
The subscription plan is billed monthly and you get to use all the workouts in the premium workout programs. They have the workout and videos with them. If you buy a certain workout, you get that in a PDF to download and use forever. So if you just want a certain plan you can buy one rather than subscribing to all the programs monthly. I hope this helps.
