Hey everyone, Summer is quickly approaching and instead of trying to get our upper body into that toned and tightened look we want during Summer, we need to start NOW. There is know time like the present to build lean muscle and be able to feel amazing in our fun Summer clothes. I have put together some of my favorite arm workouts to help build nice toned biceps and strong defined triceps. Now is the time, but don’t forget a good healthy meal plan is also essential. So let’s get this Summer started off right and enjoy it while it’s here.. If you wait until Summer is here to get the biceps burning then you will be a little late to the party.

I find your workouts on pinterest and see the photos of the exercises but when I want to start it, for example the 5week workout it goes to a page where you have to pay for it, do you have whole body routines for free?

You can look under workouts, and there you will see where it says “free workouts.” just click on that and it will take you to them!
