Hello, I have a quick question, I would like to try the 12 day free workout plan but unfortunately when I click on days one and two it merely takes me to the 10 weeks of fit where the only way I can access the information would be if I paid the money for the premium workouts, is this suppose to happen? Thank you
Mara,
Hi! So the reason it takes you to the 10 weeks is because that is where I pulled that particular workout from for Day 1 of the 12 days of workouts. If you scroll down you will see that each day is taken from a few of my different workout programs, so you if you follow those days you will not have to pay. Does that make sense?
Shannon 🙂
Hi,
I don’t understand. I have clicked on all 12 of the workouts and each one asks for registration. Will we have access to those for free even if they are a part of the 10 weeks? I am not able to see any of them with the links provided. Thanks!
Briana,
It is all fixed, you should have free access to 12 Days of Workouts. Sorry about that.
Shannon 🙂
Help! I am interested in your workouts but am not familiar with your services. If I pay for the 12 days of workouts what all am I getting access to? Just this workout? Is the fee monthly or one time? Also I am interested in videos of each exercise so I know I am doing it right, does that come with this plan?
I am trying to determine what plan is right for me. I am very active, I do cardio and lift 5 days a week and have worked out nearly my whole life. I need something to challenge me and that will help take off the the weight that has been hanging around far too long.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Blissrochelle,
Hi! You don’t have to pay for the 12 days of workouts, that is a free workout. The workouts that are not free fall under the category of “Premium Workouts.” They give you access to all the long term workout programs and is billed monthly in the amount of $29.99 with the option to cancel at anytime. the 10 week program would be great!
Shannon
How do you access the free workouts? When I click on the links it takes me to the workout but then says you need to pay…
I nearly completed the 8 week program but now it says I need to pay. Why did this program change? Not everyone can put an additional $30 a month toward fitness.
It should be working now. Sorry about the problem, but thank you for making me aware of it.
Shannon 🙂
Amen. Was in the middle of the 5 week workout and loving it, then found out it costs now. Very sad and disappointed.
Hi, I was trying to access day 4 and noticed the plan isn’t coming up it’s saying purchase is necessary. I went forward and checked the rest of the days and came across the same thing for days 5 and 9. Is there any way that this days may be added back or are they not a part of the 12 free days any longer? Thank you!
Alyse,
I will fix it, thank you!
Shannon 🙂
I think the links have locked up again and require the full plan.
should be fixed.
Shannon 🙂
HI! I am going to start the 12 day free program, but I was wondering what I should be doing for cardio and when? Thank you!!
Noelle,
Hi, that’s great! You will love it. So you can do your cardio before or after each workout, it really is a person choice. I like to do mine after, so I expend pretty much all my energy lifting to get the greatest workout and then do cardio, but again it is up to you. Try to do 30 minutes of cardio with whatever you are comfortable with doing, the running, the stairclimber, elliptical, just make sure to challenge yourself and have fun! remember to consult a physician before starting any type of new workout program.
Shannon 🙂
Hey There!
I love doing your workouts and I’m so thankful you share them with us! I have a quick question… I have two little boys, a full time job, and I still go to school so my schedule is incredibly packed! I was wondering if I could split the actual workout and the cardio into two different times. I don’t really have a big enough time slot to get both done at once. And if I could, which should I do first? Is it crucial to do them both at once? Thank you so much for your advice!
Alicia,
Yes, you can split the workouts up and the cardio. I totally understand the craziness of life! You can modify the workout so it fits your schedule.
Shannon 🙂
Hi Shannon,
I was excited when I found this program. I am newly starting at the gym and your workouts are don’t seem intimidating for a beginner. However I can not access the free 12 day program. Once I select day 1, it asks me to select a payment option. Is this no longer available?
Thank you,
Anne-Marie Smith
